Is ongoing support included in the launch price?
No. Ongoing content management and continuing support require a separate scope and agreement.
Do I have to buy a subscription to inquire?
No. The consultation request is free. Any recurring engagement and cancellation terms are explained before you agree.
Will RTC need my passwords?
Where possible, use platform-supported access invitations with only the permissions needed for the agreed work. Do not put passwords or security codes in the inquiry form.
